Terry White was the Senior Designer working with a team of designers to create a 327,000 SF anchor at the east end of Upper Euclid Ave, while working at a firm in NE Ohio.

This destination development features a promenade central core, condominiums, apartments, single family townhomes, a variety of commercial space, lavish residential amenities, structured parking, and a pleasant public transit waiting environment. This project was designed in 2017.
